What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible so we can offer your slot to someone else in need of care.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment value. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
